Romanian Red garlic is a hardneck variety popular among chefs and home growers. This very large variety is known for its big cloves, easy to peel skin and long shelf-life. 4-5 cloves per head. Plant in Northern Minnesota around Oct 18th or approximately 6 weeks before the ground begins to freeze.
