Tiffany LaShae is Farmer/Activist with lots of experience working on farm projects and with farmers in many places throughout the US and abroad. She is just getting started with seed production, focusing primarily on Lost Crops of Africa and crops brought to the US to keep African culture alive. In 2021, she grew seed crops such as black-eyed peas, sweet potatoes, okra, collard greens, watermelon, sorghum and millet. Tiffany's also currently conducting Soil Health research with the University of Minnesota and working on Climate Smart Agriculture projects with USAID Farmer-to-Farmer programs in Benin and Madagascar.
