Full sized green Romaine lettuce; vigorous and reliably productive. We love Cosmo’s crisp, crunchy texture and use it as the base for salad mixes or a classic Caesar salad. Best planted in cooler weather, since lettuce seed does not germinate well at high soil temperatures.
- Full sun, tolerates light shade
- Direct sow or transplant: March-April and again August-September
- Sow seeds 1/4" at 3-4” spacing; thin to 8-12” spacing
